Before seeing Elly I had many unhealthy habits that made me feel sick daily. I always felt nauseous, weak, and dizzy. Once I started seeing Elly for help she helped me realize that healing myself physically also meant healing myself emotionally. After only 6 session I felt so much better physically and emotionally, I was no longer feeling sick, and I lost some weight as well. I started working with Elly in June 2022 after a confirmed diagnosis of PCOS and battling with terrible PMS. My fist session with Elly, was greeted with a smile that was so calming and infectious, I knew right at that moment that my life will get better. Before meeting her, my number one goal was to focus onmy weight and how to eat more properly, but Elly was more than a nutritionist for me!!! She listened to my needs and focused on my struggles. I was a t a breaking point regarding my physical andmental health, and I know God let me to her.<\/p>

I also have always had atopic dermatitis on my face which affected my selfesteem growing up.
