Isam Saleh, Managing Director<\/h3>

A technology expert with a focus on biometric and\nIdentity Management for over 27 years. Mr. Saleh has a vast experience in developing\nand managing large-scale integrated system for both, the public and private sectors. Mr.\nSaleh started his career in Biometrics at the Ohio Bureau of Investigation (BCI). As\nDeputy Director of BCI, Mr. Saleh managed the implementation of the state\u2019s\nAutomated Fingerprint Identification System (AFIS) and all other Information\ntechnology-related systems. During his tenure at BCI, Mr. Saleh implemented many\ninitiatives that helped position the state of Ohio Bureau of Criminal Investigation at the\ncutting edge of technology.

\nIn his role as a Vice President of Business Development for 3M Cogent, with\nresponsibilities for State and Local government business in the US as well as the entire\nbusiness in the Middle East, Mr. Saleh positioned 3M as a leader biometric industry and\nthe identity credentialing market. Mr. Saleh heavily influenced in the development of\nnew biometric products and services and was highly engaged in the strategic planning\nand execution of all sales, marketing and public relations activities.

\nSince his departure from 3M in 2015, Mr. Saleh dedicated his energy and experience to\nbuilding and promoting Identity Management Consulting (IMC) with the mission of\nproviding consulting service in state-of-the-art technology and identity management to a\ngovernment and biometric technology companies around the world. Under Mr. Saleh\u2019s\nleadership, IMC delivered exemplary system solutions in the areas of Identity\nmanagement, Public Safety, person and asset tracking Systems as well as solutions for\nthe financial and healthcare sectors.<\/p><\/div><\/div>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

Dr. Kal Jaber<\/h3>

Dr. Kal Jaber has over 20 years of experience in developing software applications in a variety\nof domains and environments. This include developing cloud-based database, web-based\nGraphical User Interface (GUI), objected oriented telecommunication systems as well as iPhone\nand Android applications. Dr. Jaber has also extensive experience in the development of business\nand functional requirements for software. He also has extensive experience in testing and\ndeployment of new software services and technologies. His experience includes developing\ntesting plans, testing scripts, testing management application to record testing scripts, defects,\nand testing status. Dr. Jaber has also extensive experience in developing user\u2019s manual for the\ndeveloped software. Dr. Jaber has a PhD in software engineering that he earned in 2016 from\nOhio University. He taught several computer science and software engineering classes at the\nOhio State University and Franklin University. Mr. Brent Nye<\/h3>

Mr. Brent Nye has over 20 years of experience in development, testing, and deployment of\ndifferent types of software applications. His experience includes designing the back- and front-\nend systems in ASP.NET based Microsoft Azure cloud applications. Mr. Nye has also extensive\nexperience in developing and testing web-based Graphical User Interface (GUI) and API. He\nwas responsible for the design, development and maintenance of the data loading module Meta\ndata module and synchronizing new release data with the product for wireless configuration\nmanagement as well as the development and design of Java GUI feature requests. Mr. Nye has\nalso worked on developing tools for automated test suites using Microsoft Visual Studio .NET,\nVB Script, and SQL for network access software.
